Job Description:
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial. More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
- Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable).
- Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with Design of experiments, life data analysis, and other related statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo).
- Experience with test plans development. Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP)
- Ability to travel 25% of time (including international)
Activities




- Lead teams for new product designs and engineering changes with respect to product reliability and quality, user requirements and warranty information.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to define the products specifications / CTQs leading in all aspect of reliability, quality, and testing.
- Development of key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects. (CP, QRS, etc.)
- Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB and 1st 3 months MP using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
- Draw concise, logical, and written conclusions from experiments / tests results based on advanced data analysis.
