**Responsabilities**:
- Supervisar las transacciones financieras de la empresa incluyendo reporte financiero, pronósticos, contabilidad general, impuestos y auditoría. / _Oversee Site financial transactions including financial reporting, forecasting, general accounting, taxes, and auditing._
- Responsable de control Fiduciario de la planta y garantizar que las transacciones se llevan a cabo con arreglo a las normas internas y externas. / _Responsible for fiduciary control of the plant and ensuring transactions are conducted in accordance with internal and external regulations_
- Establecer controles para asegurar la adecuada inversión y utilización de los recursos (personas, capital y activos). / _Establish controls to ensure proper investments and utilization of resources (people, capital, and assets)._
- Responsable de procesos de control interno, incluyendo la precisión del inventario WIP y reconciliación de la cuenta. / _Responsible of internal control processes, including inventory accuracy, WIP, and account reconciliation._
- Unidad de apoyo financiero para la gestión, incluyendo la STRAP, AOP y otras actividades claves de funcionamiento de la empresa. / _Drive financial support for site operating management, including STRAP, AOP, and other key activities._
- Establecer y gestionar presupuestos, incluyendo STRAP y AOP. / _Establish and manage budgets, including STRAP and AOP inputs._




- Conducir el costo por proceso y rendición de cuentas en el sitio de costos de conversión. / _Drive the cost down process and conversion cost accountability at site._
- Proporcionar apoyo financiero de análisis y decisión a la fabricación de las iniciativas de productividad. / _Provide financial analysis and decision support to manufacturing productivity initiatives._
- Implementación de sistemas de apoyo. / _Support implementation of IT systems._
- Dar entrada y volúmenes para procurar coberturas eficaces (pesos, platino, níquel, gas natural). / _Provide input and volumes to procure effective hedges (pesos, platinum, nickel, natural gas)._
- Implementar el sistema de la operación de Autolite, comportamientos, sistemas y procesos para mejorar continuamente la competitividad. / _Implement Autolite Operation System behaviors, systems, and processes to continually improve competitiveness._
- Establece relaciones con los bancos y otras instituciones financieras. / _Establishes relations with banks and other financial institutions._
