**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a remote team across multiple locations (Mexico and Mumbai), ensuring efficient coordination, collaboration, and alignment on all brand asset-related initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing relationships and maintaining open, transparent communication at all times.
- Oversee the digital asset management process, ensuring assets are well-organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date (experience in digital asset management is a plus, but not required).
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all relevant information is shared clearly and comprehensively, with a focus on reducing the need for follow-up inquiries.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and client needs with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and decision-making.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Client-facing experience** is essential,



with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluent in **English (spoken and written)** and **Spanish** (spoken and written); proficiency in **Portuguese** is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to **over-communicate** and ensure clarity of information, reducing the need for follow-up.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate client needs before they arise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing remote collaboration with team members in different time zones.
- Experience in **multitasking** and managing multiple priorities, while ensuring the highest quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- **Digital Asset Management** experience is preferred but not essential; an understanding of best practices in asset organization and storage is a plus.
