Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic and tactical internal communication initiatives across LATAM.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of our internal communications channels and strategies per the regional strategy.
- Create and deliver internal social media and content management strategy.
- Develop clear and concise written materials for use with employees and external audiences.
- Support execution of Internal Communications activities by supporting the organization of corporate events (regional Town Halls, global broadcasts, etc) and developing materials needed for different audiences (invitations, videos, social media postings, key messages, presentations, etc.).
- Innovate the internal communications team through new thinking, new tools and vehicles, example: use of artificial intelligence.




- Work with other team members regionally and globally to accomplish the established goals and metrics for internal communications.
- Understand the HON Brand guidelines and support business/functions to use our brand correctly.
- Responsible for Key Operating Processes for internal comms on a regular basis:
- Special projects as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience in communications or related field for 5-10 years.
- Experience developing, designing and managing digital programs, content and editorial performance.
- Photo and video-editing skills and experience are essential.
