**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts, payroll, and compensations.
- Record provisions, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and adjustments.
- Process purchase orders, revaluations, and reclassifications.
- Ensure accurate monthly and annual financial closings.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles,



preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Microsoft 360, HFM/EDW, and FUSION.
- Proven experience in managing financial audits and reconciliations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Portuguese will be a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling corporate splits, process migrations, and large-scale financial projects.
Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
