Role Definition
Manages function and staff responsible for compliance and supply chain services in support of groups managing procurement of materials and services needed in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing standard procedures for supply chain processes.
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for procurement teams; managing, motivating, and developing project and team leaders.

- Utilizes RCA techniques, such as Flowchart, Fish-bone Diagram, etc., to investigate basic problems, determine the causes, and find resolutions.
