**THE POSITION**:
- Our 6 months internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Functional Areas within our organization. Interns will work closely with mentors and team members to contribute to real projects and initiatives, developing skills essential for success in their respective fields through meaningful assignments, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions.
**Undergraduate Internship**:
**Duration**: 6 months (approx); Start date: April 2025.
**Eligibility**: Undergraduate Program: Having completed 70% of their credits and students enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program at a Mexican university.
**Objective**: Provide students with foundational experience and exposure to our organization's operations and culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist team members in day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop essential skills.
- Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Complete assigned projects within given deadlines.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Undergraduate Internship**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate College/University program.
- Nice to have coursework or experience in the chosen functional area.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
