**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
This role will be responsible for Coffee ingredient demand planning and supply assurance including in year, AOP and outyears. The role will analyze, and measure forecast accuracy to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The role will provide oversight and analysis of the production and deployment of coffee materials from suppliers to copackers to ensure finished goods production is covered without constraint, in an optimized and cost-effective manner. The role will also be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the forecasting tools to ensure process sustainability and data integrity. Finally, this role will be responsible for NACP ad-hoc projects, reporting and analysis to support Coffee ingredients, safety stock strategies, waste mitigation,
production adherence & attainment and logistics performance to plan.
**Your Impact**:
As Supply Chain Coordinator your functions would consist of
- Lead the operational planning for NACP Coffee ingredients across short and long-term horizons to ensure coverage and capacity
- Forecast and share demand for Coffee ingredients across in year and out year horizons with NACP leadership and Starbucks partners
- Proactively maintain and improve Excel based Coffee forecast planning model and reporting to ensure accuracy, data integrity and consistency
- Maintain and improve Coffee forecast accuracy metrics on joint NACP scorecard
- Prepare materials for period demand and capacity reviews with key stakeholders identifying trends, cause of change and plans to mitigate supply risks
- Work with Planning, Suppliers, Starbucks, Copackers, CMMs and Transport teams as needed to ensure uninterrupted Coffee supply and cost-efficient use of resources
- Make appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned projects
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and project work as needed to highlight trends, drivers and issues with our supply or requirements and develop action plans to address.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in rigorous discipline (Supply Chain or Engineering degree preferred)
**Experience**
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing and/or Transportation
- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English including verbal, written, and listening
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Macro developer tools and PowerPoint
- Strong "can-do" / "will-do" attitude with a great sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
- Must be a detail-oriented self-starter and quick learner, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively
