We are seeking an experienced **Automotive Business Development Manager** to drive growth and expand our presence in the **Baja, NorthCentral, and NorthEast regions of Mexico**. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in **business development within the automotive industry (OEMs, Tier I, II, and III suppliers)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Develop and manage strategic relationships with key automotive clients
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
✔ Lead engineering and product development initiatives in collaboration with global teams
✔ Create and implement account plans and market penetration strategies
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams




✔ Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives
**Qualifications**:
✔ **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering** or related field
✔ **5+ years of experience** in business development and client relationship management in the **automotive industry**
✔ Proven ability to develop and execute market expansion plans
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
✔ **Advanced English proficiency** (required for integral collaboration)
✔ Willingness to travel **50%+**
