**Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher**
**Location**: Remote (Pacific Standard Time zone)
**Job Summary**: We are seeking an organized and motivated Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher to join our team! In this role, you will be the key connection between customers, technicians, and management. You will coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer needs while maintaining excellent communication. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer calls and provide outstanding support and assistance.
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians to job sites based on availability and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and customer interactions.
- Communicate job details and updates effectively to both customers and technicians.
- Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.




- Collaborate with the team to optimize routes and ensure timely service.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and related tools is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting within the Pacific Standard Time zone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
