**Exciting Job Opportunity: Personal Loan Pre-Qualification Specialist**

**About the Position**:
As a Personal Loan Pre-Qualification Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients interested in personal loans. You’ll assist them by performing a **soft credit pull** to determine if they qualify for a loan. If they meet the necessary qualifications, you’ll seamlessly **transfer them to a specialist** who will handle the next steps in the process. While you won’t be closing sales or making deals directly, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients access the financial services they need.
**Key Details**:
- **Base Pay**: $4,500 per week, **plus performance-based bonuses**.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
- **Location**: This is **not a work-from-home position**. You’ll be working from our office in **Colonia Reforma, Rosarito**.
- **Training**: Comprehensive training is provided, and the best part - **it’s paid training**!
**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re specifically seeking **highly motivated individuals** who meet the following qualifications:




- **Call Center Experience**: Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
- **Fluency in English**: You must be completely fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills (15-25 words per minute typing speed) are necessary to navigate our systems.
- **Multitasking**: You’ll need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- **Responsible & Professional**: We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility and demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.

- **Mexican Documentation** is required.
