**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Program Management**:
- Manage programs across multiple customers and ensure manufacturing schedules are met.
- Work with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve quality or machine issues.
- Provide accurate forecasts to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Distribution**:
- Optimize distribution channels and evaluate third-party distributors for cost-effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to improve product visibility and availability.
- **Haeger Machine Sales**:
- Identify local partners and manage machine sales.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure machine performance standards are met.
- **Reshoring**:
- Identify reshoring opportunities based on cost analysis and supply chain risks.




- Work with cross-functional teams to assess reshoring feasibility and manage the transition.
- **Market Penetration**:
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition, you may also:
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with product development for sales strategy alignment.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **5-7 years** of experience working with distributors in a sales capacity.
- Strong program management, leadership, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
