**Job Description - Telephone Survey Agent**
The agent will be responsible for conducting **both inbound and outbound telephone surveys** with potential prospects. The primary objective of these calls is to gather specific information regarding the prospect’s **residential property, including the type of housing, construction materials, and the presence of a basement.**
In such cases, the agent will seamlessly **transfer the qualified prospect to a Protect Environmental specialist**, who will then proceed with a more in-depth assessment and provide professional guidance on the next steps for evaluating and addressing any potential Radon exposure in their home.
This role requires **excellent communication skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to handle conversations professionally and efficiently** while ensuring accurate data collection for the evaluation process.
