An important manufacturing company starting operations in the city of Tijuana is seeking the following key position
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the production and distribution of corrugated cardboard products. Its main objective is to ensure efficiency, quality and compliance
with production standards, as well as to optimize operational processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of materials needed for production.
- Perform performance analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues and improve productivity.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and quality systems.
- Leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mastery of inventory management tools and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic production environment.
