**Position**:
Export Analyst

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Manage export and virtual operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations.
- Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant.
- Communicate shipping information to sales customer. Communicate with carriers. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping report in order to set up and contact carriers for pickup.
**What We're Looking For**:
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with export operations and virtual operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in international business or international trade.




**Even better if you have**:
- Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus.
- Experience with IMMEX program.
**Work Arrangement**:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
