**Role purpose**
**Context & Core Responsibilities**
1. Ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under supervision of senior tech function; may
attend customers independently in designated area of smaller size
customer requirements
3. Cooperate with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure
they comply with customer and market needs; may guide section of a laboratory
4. Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide input to
budgets and standards - monitored by OFC team
6. Support resolution of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize
customer satisfaction
7. Accurately report on above mentioned activities
8. Deal with external technical partners,



market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility as well as
cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group
9. Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise (as required)
10. Support overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives
11. Participate in various inter-company projects
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
University degree Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
