We are ALTEN Mexico, an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology and product development projects. Our team of more than 250 people work across industries including: Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking & insurance, Telecom & Multimedia and Rail. We offer project design development, test/validation, programming, implementation, and manufacturing solutions through different levels of service that ensure quality and autonomy to our client’s projects.
**Activities**:
Control and reporting of MDC KPI’s (off-shore projects)
Be the main contact between ALTEN México & ALTEN Group (in off-shore projects)
Analyze the recruitment needs and required skills to meet projects requests
Recruite consultants from its perimeter
Execute - together with the HR department - the integration process of the consultants (Access, Position and workstation, onboarding, etc)




Ensure the needs of its teams in terms of tools and working conditions
Follow staffing process using imternal platforms
Career Management of the consultants of its perimeter (career committee, mobility, development plan)
Ensure the update of the technical files
Administratively manage the consultants of its perimeter: Leaves, Absences, Expenses, Time entry)
Pre-sales support
Contribute to the development of service offerings at the DC level
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Years of experience: 1-2 years in project management
Motivated by challenge and results oriented
English: advanced (mandatory)
