About the Job
As Human Resources Generalist, You Will
- Provide Human Resource (HR) policy guidance
- Conduct employee onboarding process
- Ensure operational HR activities and processes are followed correctly
- Responsible of HR Investigations
- Actively support line managers in addressing employee's breaches and conduct
- Attend legal and disciplinary staff hearings
- Provide coaching on HR matters
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
- Engage in day-to-day coordination of activities with other HR Officers




- Input data in HR systems
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Perform other HR related duties when assigned
As Human Resources Generalist, You Have
- Graduate degree in Law, Human Resources and Labor Relations or similar
- 3 years of work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Extensive knowledge of Mexican labor law
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Great attention to detail and precision
- Exceptional organization and time management skills - must be able to multitask and prioritize
