**Integral Financial Data Warehouse (GFDW) Operations Sr. Specialist**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Finance or Accounting with a strong focus on **systems and data management.** As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in financial or accounting with systems and **data analysis** to optimize financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive informed business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of finance or accounting principles, exceptional technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Financial Systems Management: Manage and optimize financial systems (ERP,** FP&A;** tools) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Resolve issues, enhance functionality, and provide support
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to generate insights, **reports**, and **dashboards**. Develop standardized metrics and KPIs for accurate decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Optimize financial processes, data workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and integrity through cross-functional collaboration.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Contribute to the **financial planning**and forecasting processes by providing d**ata-driven insights**and analysis. Collaborate with finance and accounting team members to develop accurate and realistic** financial models**, **budgets**, and **forecasts**.
- Industry Trends & Development: Stay informed on emerging technologies, best practices, and regulations in finance, accounting, and data management.
**Minimum Requirements**
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) is a plus.
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles,



with a focus on systems and data management.
**Computer Skills**:
Must**:Excel, SAP** and **Hyperion**
Nice to Have: Tableau, Power Bi, SQL, Python and **Tagetik**
**Language**: Fluent/**Advanced in English**is a must.
**Job Knowledge and Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, and statistical analysis software.
- Understand finance and accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
