**Job Objective**
The WIP Control Superintendent is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient inventory control system for cut circuits and work in process (WIP), ensuring data accuracy, optimizing material flow, and aligning with the production plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish an inventory control system for cut circuits and WIP.
- Visually manage standard packaging across all production processes.
- Define lot sizes for each production process.
- Implement and supervise the 5S program.
- Train staff in WIP procedures.
- Generate daily WIP inventory reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of CK (In/Out Control) and inventory verification after cutting and sub-assembly.
- Develop and implement material processes in line with the production plan.
- Maintain up-to-date information on coverage and production plan compliance.
- Report impacts and ensure follow-up with management.
- Manage area metrics and participate in production performance meetings.
**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Preferred certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
**Professional Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, or process management in manufacturing.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies and visual control.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for production and inventory control.
**Technical Competencies**
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of internal logistics, storage, and material flow.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and 5S.
