**We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business.** If you have a passion for cars, a proven track record in fast-paced, target-based sales, and the ability to inspire and train a team to meet ambitious targets, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our supercar and luxury vehicle rental offerings.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service for all bookings, including rentals, events, and special requests.
- Train and mentor the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and promotional efforts.
- Handle high-value, high-pressure sales with professionalism and efficiency.




- Ensure seamless coordination between the sales department and the rest of the company (operations, logistics, etc.) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of supercars and luxury vehicles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Experience in managing relationships with high-end clients or in a luxury service setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must be over the age of 30 for insurance purposes.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
