**Key Responsibilities**
- Developed and maintained financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning tailored to contact center operations.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Work with operations, workforce management, and other stakeholders to efficiently improve resource allocation and manage costs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost per call, agent productivity,



and revenue impacts.
- Perform variance analysis of presente versus forecasted financial results, offering insights and recommendations.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making related to staffing, technology investments, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in financial presentations for executive leadership, providing clear narratives on financial health and strategic recommendations.
- Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning processes and reporting efficiency.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in FP&A;, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, and financial planning tools. **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in cost modeling for contact centers, including workforce costs, customer acquisition costs, and operational expenses.
- Familiarity with contact center metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), Cost Per Contact (CPC), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Background in working with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, and IT.
