About the Role:
In this role, you will manage a wide spectrum of human resources activities for the company's Latin America region. You will ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed, and that HR strategies align with business goals.
What you will do:
- HR strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals
- Employee relations: Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations
- Talent management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning
- Training and development: Work with corporate and / or global team to implement training plans for new and existing employees
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- HR projects: Lead and participate in HR projects
- HR metrics: Analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations
- Stakeholder relationships: Build relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of regional labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software (Workday)
- Ability to manage and facilitate change processes




- Ability to be proactive and manage multiple priorities under limited supervision.
- Ability to interact and influence at all levels of management.
- Experience with social recruiting tools and programs
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Advise business leaders on HR matters
- Work with senior managers on organizational design
- Advocate for fair and consistent administration of company policies
