Danfoss Queretaro is looking for a **Finance Intern**to join their team! This position will be support and manage of financial information analysis for month end results regarding transactional accounts for sales, expenses, assets manual short-term liabilities as well as the periodic reconciliation.
As** Finance Intern**you will be responsible of oversee all balance sheet reconciliations as per Corporate and Divisional guidance, according with the policies and procedures, you will manage the performance of manual and automated transactions and liabilities accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Follow up to annual strategic and profit plan, coordinating all the assets and liabilities manual accounts for maintenance and clearance. SAP FICO module.
- Preparation of compliance reports regarding aging and clearance, divisional & plant stakeholder add hoc supports, Expense reporting & trouble shooting support.
- Support month end & pre month end reconciliations, consolidation of data: Requisitions issue, Purchase Orders, Invoices issue, Milestones achieved, clearance and maintenance of aging in open items, adjustments agreed in the review meeting with the plant staff, preliminary closure of reconciliations and intercompany confirmation, commentary over reconciliation packages, working Capital commentary, Asset transfer & depreciation lines P&L;’s support and Pricing Actions report.
- Support Monthly financial statement results, trial Balance for above sites review during month end, final commentary package report, actuals results Working capital report, Risk & Opportunities (R&O;) Assessment, freight & overall expenditure reporting management, balance sheet deliveries assessments,

**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree student from Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Working knowledge of electronic data processing systems and financial reporting systems as well as strong knowledge of spreadsheet software packages.
