**About Lucid Day**:
**This job is fully remote.**
- Services we offer: Software Implementation & Onboarding, Process Improvement & Optimization, Management Consulting, Software Maintenance & Support
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identifying Opportunities**:Work with partners, BDRs, and marketing to identify leads and new business opportunities
- **Qualifying Leads & Close Deals**: Take leads through our sales cycle from discovery and demos to technical discussions to quickly qualify and close leads in collaboration with Sales Engineers
- **Sales Collateral**: Create materials as needed to support opportunities
- **Iterate GTM**: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, professional services, and partners to iterate Lucid Day’s GTM strategy
- **Partner & Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our software and sales partners
- **Product Knowledge & Value Extraction**: Understand our products & services and connect usage directly to customers’ urgent pain points & ROI
- **Process Improvement**: Support sales leadership to improve sales and internal processes
- **Thought Leadership & Subject Matter Expert**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position Lucid Day against alternatives and continuously enhance our offerings for scale
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Heavy experience using sales methodologies to qualify high quality deals (i.e. MEDDPICC, SPICED)
- Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for effective, independent execution




- Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
- Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
- BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
- Language:Fluent in Spanish to support our diverse client base and team (preferred)

**Stage 3: Mock Sales call / Demo**(Facilitator: Technical Expert)
Engage in a mock engagement and deliver a presentation, demonstrating your sales methodologies, presentation, solution formulation, and delivery capabilities.
**Stage 4: Leadership Alignment Interview**(Facilitator: Senior Leadership)
An insightful conversation exploring your leadership style, decision-making approach, and how your visionary skills harmonize with Lucid Day’s strategic trajectory.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
