**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the GSC Logistics team, providing financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting for global freight, duties, warehousing, and DC operations.
- Develop and maintain cost models to evaluate logistics spend and identify drivers of variances and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support business cases for network strategy decisions, new DCs, automation initiatives, and logistics transformation projects.
- Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track logistics performance against financial targets.
- Assist in the development of the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans for logistics.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and reporting for logistics-related expenses.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A;, with logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance experience strongly preferred.




- Strong analytical and modeling skills with a deep understanding of logistics cost structures and drivers.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and business partnership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
