**Scope**:
The Trade & Ecommerce Specialist for Mexico will be responsible for all product content shown on retail ecommerce and within our own S2G ecommerce. Offer specialized input for all digital marketing initiatives and be the point person for optimizing the overall customer experience online.
Will also support the Jr Trade Marketing Manager for PlayStation on trade marketing executions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for optimizing all retail webpages for all the brands: Product descriptions, product availability, optimal customer experience with Search and updated assets are just a few of the main responsibilities.
- The right person will be the specialist for marketing initiatives online for all the brands S2G distributes: PlayStation, Electronic Arts, Activision Blizzard, Turtle Beach, Capcom, Warner Games, Ubisoft and more.
- Correct management of marketing funds to correctly position the new S2G ecommerce within the gaming community. Making sure any issue a customer may encounter will have a resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company.
- Offer support on all the online campaigns both for BTL and ATL approaches. Being the point person to optimize results with any budget.
- Support on projects concerning trade marketing initiatives for PlayStation, while analyzing results and ways of improvement.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Digital marketing experience of 3 or 5 years.
- Retail marketing experience in technology, entertainment, games industries (preferably)
- 100% Bilingual
- Knowledge of gaming industry and retailers in Mexico.
- Capable of working in a highly competitive industry and responding to top integral brands on a daily basis.
- Strong will to work with the team and listen to others.
- Highly committed to reach targets and deliveries with the highest standards.
