Responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of all facilities while implementing a world-class preventive maintenance program. Coordinate with various departments to maintain operational efficiency and support improvement projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the maintenance of all Building III
facilities to ensure zero downtime.
- Prioritize safety and well-maintained electrical building facilities.
- Implement a preventive maintenance plan for building facilities and support
automation teams with effective plans for manufacturing machinery.
- Control inventory of spare parts, ensuring accuracy and managing excess.
- Standardize best practices for maintenance operations.
- Support business units with building improvement projects and new
manufacturing equipment installations.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in building and machinery expenses.
- Coordinate maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, hydraulic, and fire
protection systems.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers in accordance
with company policies.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical
Engineering or a related field.




- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a related role.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in people management.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with pneumatic installations and clean rooms.
- Ability to work with suppliers and contractors effectively.
