Our Querétaro office handles critical support functions including order processing, customer service, and operational coordination. **About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our operations center in Querétaro. In this role, you’ll be responsible for entering shipment orders into our transportation management system and managing updates throughout each order’s lifecycle. This is a critical role that supports our logistics operations in California.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter customer shipment orders into the system with accuracy and speed




- Monitor active orders and update status changes as they occur
- Communicate with dispatch, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order updates
- Follow up on order issues, exceptions, or delays to ensure resolution
- Maintain data integrity and consistency within the TMS
- Document notes and relevant changes for internal visibility
- Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- 1+ year experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
- Good written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Comfortable working with digital platforms; experience with TMS or logistics systems is a plus
- Ability to work in-office in Querétaro
