The Tools Project Manager will be responsible for guiding an interdisciplinary team on SCRUM framework and managing a portfolio of information related to different software solutions.
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related disciplines.
5+ years working with SCRUM and Software Development in a large enterprise environment.
SCRUM certification is desired (Scrum Master or Product owner)
English proficient B2+

- 5+ years of experience working with SCRUM framework and its different roles.
- 5+ years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Experience as a Software Developer is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Github.
- Proficient using JIRA.
- Strong understanding of Software development cycle.

- Assist Owners managing information for different Software Development projects.




- Guide the teams on following SCRUM framework best practices and required variations that help to achieve goals in best way.
- Work with leaders to establish a safe, respectful, confident and professional environment.
- Organize and lead SCRUM ceremonies (planning, daily, reviews, retrospectives).
- Help to promote self-managing mindset inside the teams.
- Identify and eliminate team’s stoppers.
- Help team members with decision making and problem solving.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset.
- Protect the team from unnecessary overwhelming or demanding practices.
- Work as a SPOC for each project inside the team w hen dealing with external teams.
- Organize and lead upper management meetings and their agendas.
- Help and guide other members to understand their SCRUM roles.
