**Your Job**
As a Project Manager within our team, you will lead strategic project initiatives with a focus on implementation, risk prevention, and communication. You will provide leadership throughout the production process and guide technical activities during project definition and startup. Your role is pivotal in driving project success through effective resource management, team motivation, and executive communication of results.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead project strategy and implementation with a focus on risk prevention.
- Motivate and communicate with project teams to ensure alignment and performance.
- Manage resources effectively to drive project success and outcomes.
- Develop action plans for project members and report status updates.
- Provide leadership in technical activities during project definition and production startup.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in project management or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in conversational English.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).




- Experience with SAP MRP systems and supply chain management.
