Provides back-office support to the marketing organization. Collaborates with functional organizations and supports campaigns, programs, and promotions. Leads reporting efforts and communicates results throughout the organization. Manages various vendor relationships, supports events, manages literature fulfillment, and supports the development of account management tools.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Calendar and Reporting (40%)
- Manages and updates calendars and dashboards.
- Communicates results of key campaigns and channel activities.
- Ensures budget reports are up to date.
Operational Support (30%)
- Provides back-office support for campaigns, programs, and promotional efforts.
Literature Management (20%)
- Manages printed literature, including localization, translation, printing, budget, and inventory.
Material Development (10%)
- Collaborates with integral teams, integrated marketing and third-party vendors on the development of displays, demo kits, and account management tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:
- Required Certifications and/or Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- 10%
