**The Opportunity**
The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Ops portfolio services leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.
**Your Impact**
As **Payroll & HR Services Associate** your functions would consist of:
- Execute US portfolio services. (Variable Payments)
- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements.
- Capture incidence information in payroll system.
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls.
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance.
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery.
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues.
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs.
- Continue communication and support with local functional teams.
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field.
**Experience**
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).




- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
