**Property Manager (Remote)**
**Location(s): Europe, North America and South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico)**

Our company is looking for a Property Manager who can help elevate guest experiences by overseeing the entire property operations, managing communications, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
As a Property Manager, you will be expected to use your expertise and experience in maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
**What you will do**:
**Airbnb Property Manager**:
- Oversee remote operations for Airbnb listings
- Coordinate guest communication and check-ins
- Ensure timely resolution of property issues
- Collaborate with property owners to optimize listing performance
**Expedia Group (VRBO) Property Manager**:
- Manage remote operations for VRBO properties
- Handle guest inquiries and coordinate maintenance
- Implement best practices for property management
- Work closely with hosts to enhance listing performance
**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Active Airbnb account as a guest is required
- Experience as a remote property manager is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or a virtual customer service representative is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
