**What You'll Do**:
- **Wow Potential Clients**: Conduct engaging and persuasive live demos of our SaaS solutions to decision-makers and technical teams at insurance companies.
- **Become a Trusted Advisor**: Deeply understand each client's processes and pain points, tailoring your presentations to address their specific needs.
- **Translate Business Needs**: Convert complex insurance business requirements into clear functional specifications and compelling commercial messages.
- **Master the RFP Process**: Analyze and respond to RFPs, craft impactful demonstration scenarios, and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) requests.
- **Stay Ahead of the Curve**: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market evolution to maintain your expertise.
- **Manage Opportunities**: Juggle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, general environment.
- **Champion Our Growth**: Provide crucial support for the company's full integration and success within the Mexican market.
**What You'll Bring**:
- **Technical Foundation**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- **Presales Expertise**: 3-5 years of experience in client-facing demonstrations, ideally within enterprise SaaS, and strongly preferred within the Healthcare Market,



_especially_ the Insurance sector.
- **Insurance Deep Dive**: Solid understanding of the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance, annuities, and health products.
- **OIPA Advantage**: Familiarity with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) is a significant plus.
- **SDLC Awareness**: Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
- **Fluent Communication**: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English (Advanced C1-C2 English proficiency is a must).
