Technical Program Manager for Ford Pro Insure will
- Work with the product and technology teams focused on the delivery pipeline.

- Play a key role in ensuring a seamless planning, execution and delivery of functionality and data through a particular system (or systems), and tools.
- Be responsible for organizing, driving, improving and accounting for insights into the technology we develop while building cross-functional relationships through stellar communication and collaboration.
- Help project to stay on schedule, on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
- Work closely with other stakeholders & teams across Ford Credit

**Required Work Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- P&C; Insurance industry experience required
- Good Knowledge of Insurance packaged software (Origami, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, EIS, etc.) and workflow.
- SAFe or relevant certifications
- Experience working in fast paced environments with products containing complex, interdependent tech stacks and teams, including QE manual and automation team members.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD (GS(1) (SD(2), deployments, release train, overseeing releases and deployments
- Experience managing one or more distributed Scrum teams and products
- Well versed in JIRA and JQL to be able to provide realistic data to stakeholders and support PO and Technical leaders to manage expectations
- Understanding of GCP services, API interfaces, and interaction, Backend services is preferred.
- Familiar with various software development and project management methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), incl. processes,



roles and responsibilities, entry and exit criteria, and key deliverables for each stage
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to understand business and technology concepts quickly and facilitate those conversations
- Past developer experience is highly desired (preferably in agile environment)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project and ticket management tools
