**Job Position: Service Desk Analyst (not remote)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide solutions to Field Techs with IP Cameras, Cisco Switch, Registers, and their peripherals
- Document issues and escalate if needed to Project Manager
- Follow up with tech with issues until issue is resolved
- Operating communication systems, such as telephone, intercom, switchboard, and computer software
- Relaying and routing verbal and written messages to coworkers and supervisors
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Advanced spoken and written English (80%)
- CCTV experience **(not required)**:
- Register troubleshooting experience **(not required)**:




- Cisco Switch experience **(not required)**:
- Office Package experience (Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies effectively and calmly
- Must be able to work on-site, as we do not have remote operators
- Customer service experience in Call Center
