**Your Role**:
You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Our multifaceted product lines include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems.
Primarily focuses on support of Agilent Gas chromatography (GC) systems
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repairs.
- Ensures customer happiness by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end-user of Agilent GC systems.
- Experience with chromatography solutions (Agilent or non-Agilent) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel frequently (60%+); valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).
- A passport and a U.S. visa are desirable.
**Additional Details**
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
