A completed Bachelor's degree. - 4+ years previous experience as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist. - 5+ years of experience in working in an operations in operations or corporate environments. - Interest in developing a career as HR in operations/logistics environment. - 5+ years of cumulative experience in a combination of HR areas including Payroll processes, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management. - English and Spanish level Advanced
- A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Master’s Degree or MBA in HR.
- Experience within Logistics and Distribution or Manufacture Industry.
- 3+ years of experience working with unions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment.
