This position will be responsible for assisting GCS leaders manage cash flows related to daily operations. Tasks include monitoring cash flows in and out of bank accounts located around the world, ensuring cash activity is booked correctly to the general ledger, and issuing daily and periodic reports.
**Essential Job Duties**:
- Review daily cash activity reports for all the bank accounts owned by GCS.
- Confirm all the accuracy and validity of all outbound cash transactions.
- Classify inbound cash activity by transaction type (receivables settlement, account funding, etc.) and notify the appropriate GCS staff cash has been received.
- Assist with the research of cash deposits that do not have a readily apparent purpose (i.e. A/R managers cannot determine what receivables the cash is associated with).
- Ensure sufficient funding is available to cover payments scheduled to be executed.
- Issue daily and periodic reports
- May perform other duties as assigned.
**Skills, Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related business concentration).
- 4-5 years total work experience in a cash management role performing related duties (i.e. bank statement review, wire executions, account reconciliation, etc.).




- Experience managing bank accounts in both USD and non-USD currencies.
- Strong problem management/solving skills needed.
- Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction.
- Must be detail and process oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and function autonomously as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word) skills required.
