We are currently searching for a **Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Manage and support Session Border Controller (SBC) technologies** (e.g., Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, Cisco).
- Administer and maintain telephone exchange systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco).
- **Lead SBC service migrations,** including upgrades and platform transitions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize voice communication systems.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SBC technologies** (Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, or Cisco).
- **3+ years of experience administering telephony systems**(Avaya, Cisco, or similar).




- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and database management.
- Experience with SBC service migrations (upgrades, platform changes).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Desired:
- Certifications in Avaya, Cisco, or Audiocodes SBC solutions.
- Experience configuring multi-vendor SBC environments.
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and network security.
**Languages**
- Advanced Oral English.
**Note**:
- Hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
