**Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities, manages the human Talent and equipment available to fulfill manufacturing plans, always focusing on safety and quality as the main foundation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow the production plan established by the planning department.
- Ensure that personnel wear the required safety equipment and work under the company's established protocols.
- Manage human resources to meet established commitments.
- Monitor discipline in accordance with our codes of conduct and applicable procedures.
- Coordinate with support departments to carry out daily support activities as needed.
- Lead Tier 2 meetings daily to ensure compliance.
- Trigger actions with support teams when any metric within their KPIs is off target.
- Monitor inventory levels in assigned areas.
- Ensure the pre-payroll is free of incidents on a weekly basis.




Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Engineering bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in THIS ROLE in a MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT.
- Knowledge of line balancing, TPM, SMED, 5S, and general Lean manufacturing principles.
- Intermediate English is required.
