**Objetive**
To ensure the proper management, documentation, and execution of domestic and international product shipments, optimizing time, costs, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for centralizing export and import logistics, interacting with customs brokers, shipping companies, carriers, and couriers to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate all international shipments (ship, plane, carrier, and courier).
- Manage quotes, reservations, and follow-up with shipping companies, airlines, and carriers.
- Coordinate delivery scheduling with the sales team.
- Oversee the preparation of export documentation (invoices, bills of lading, certificates, etc.).
- Ensure customs and health regulatory compliance in destination countries.
- Generate periodic logistics efficiency reports.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to logistics processes
**Desired skill set**
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics,



International Business, or at least 6 months in a similar position
- Fluent in English (spoken and written required).
- Knowledge of foreign trade paperwork and customs regulations.
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Attention to detail and meticulous follow-through.
- Efficient problem-solving.
- Self-directed.
- A comprehensive understanding your desisions within the company.
