- ** Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.**:
- ** Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.**:
- ** Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.**:
- ** Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.**:
- ** Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.**:
- ** Providing SAP system support and end-user training.**:
- ** Promote leveraging IT integration.**:
- ** Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.**:
- ** Ensuring compliance with industry regulations/audits.**:
- ** Keeping up to date on the latest SAP/PLM offerings and developments.**:




- ** Oversees the engineering change process and Material Master Data Changes.**:
- ** Oversees the holistic alignment from EBoMs to MRP MBoMs documenting any exceptions.**:
- ** Schedules annual Material Master Data audits within Engineering and MRP databases.**:
- ** Develop procedures to make continual efficiency improvements.**:
- ** Business data lead in key projects such as product transfers, SKU reductions, and Master Data updates.**:
- ** Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.**:
**What are we looking for?**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.**:
- ** ERP, MRP savvy.**:
- ** At least 2 year’s experience as a SAP super user.**:
- ** Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.**:
- ** PLM/Winchill Administrator level.**:
- ** Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.**:
- ** Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:
- ** Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**:
- ** Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and willing to work in our Reynosa, Mexico Facility.**:
