The Project Assistant supports the broader organization by ensuring that each part of the installation, equipment or service complies with the best quality, characteristics and function to meet the established deliverables.
**Core Responsibilities**
To maintain the current infrastructure and systems from the WS&O; PMO including graphs, KPIs, TIP, PDCA, Action Log, metrics, SharePoint, reporting and all area metrics as part of the WS&O; Project Portfolio by creating a reporting system aligned with the strategy to support strategic decisions in the area.
Organize and maintain WS&O; Projects documentation, including technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment records, dossier, handovers, AAR, project checklists, among others by performing the document controller role in the PMO.
Provide administrative assistance to the PMO team like facilitate meetings and other tasks internally in the WS&O; department and with the stakeholders for WS&O; by doing info gathering, preparing presentations, technical documents, reports, managing schedules and constraints, amenities, required access, materials movement, among others.
Support the team to ensure LEGO Project Model compliance and adherence to the global and local technical projects standards to ensure the highest quality and delivery on regards installations: Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, HVAC, and other relevant specialties.

- 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing,
industrial, facilities environment, or involved in project installations such as equipment start-up; industrial buildings, installation of services (electricity, water, drainage, air conditioning, finishes).
- 1-3 years of experience in project environment (e.g. design & development, execution & monitoring of work, interpretation of plans, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience in budgeting or budget control, estimating and experience dealing with clients and suppliers.
- Engineering on Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial or any other. Project Administrator with certificates or diplomas in Project Management (desirable)
- PC high level (office), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Well-structured and organized, Data analysis capacity (Must). Management of computer equipment and programs (Office, Windows, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Beginner-Intermediate English language written and speaking.
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable to work with different areas, Decision making in the field for changes and / or solution of immediate problems. Persistent and resistant to frustration. Attitude of continuous improvement and Teamwork.
