Join to Sanhua Automotive as a Process Engineer Supervisor
Summary of the position:
Responsible for the process development, optimization and technical management of water-cooled plate products in the thermal management system of new energy vehicles, leading the introduction and continuous improvement of key processes such as NOCOLOK brazing, painting and gluing, ensuring process stability, yield compliance and cost controllability. Support the trial production introduction of new projects, the debugging of tooling and equipment, and cross-departmental technical collaboration
Key resposibilities:
1. Analyze and solve the quality problems and process problems of the water cooling plate site.
2. Responsible for the process planning and landing of water cooling plate from 0 to 1.

Responsible for equipment development, including the ability to propose technical requirements, supplier technical communication, technical agreement signing, equipment acceptance and commissioning; At the same time, it can be linked with the domestic process/equipment department to jointly conduct equipment review and put forward professional technical opinions.
4. Responsible for process improvement, can put forward professional cost reduction and efficiency ideas and opinions on production/process/quality process, and have the ability to implement them.
