**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Core Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.




**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in SQL Server ensuring efficient database management and optimization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Linux and Unix systems enabling effective troubleshooting and system management.
- Show in-depth knowledge of Core Java contributing to robust and efficient software solutions.
- Exhibit strong skills in PL/SQL supporting complex database operations and queries.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field providing a solid foundation in technical principles.
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Possess strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Show a commitment to quality and attention to detail ensuring high standards in all deliverables.
- Have experience in a hybrid work model effectively balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.




**Certifications Required**
Certified Java Developer Certified Spring Professional Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC).
