**This position reports to**:
Service Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales organization and customers to create, design, and develop value-added proposals for Service Projects (Motors and Drives). Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders will be essential to the success of these projects. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensure the timely and accurate creation of Service Agreements through coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Integrate the full Service Portfolio into value-added proposals. - Manage all aspects of the agreement process, including technical, financial, legal, product management, and risk assessments.



- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process. - Analyze and report on Service Agreement outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased success. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 1-3 years of experience working with service or maintenance agreements.
- Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals.
- Prior experience with contract and agreement negotiations.
- Solid knowledge of motors and drives.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Availability to travel.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
