Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness to all publishers managed
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network
- Manage and oversee the affiliate partner onboarding process
- Manage affiliate contracts to ensure profitability and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth
- Advise affiliates on promotion strategies, marketing tactics, and copywriting techniques
- Analyze affiliate marketing data to suggest improvements
- Ensure that new affiliates' target markets align with the advertiser or merchant
- Identify strategies to improve the affiliate program
- Provide incentives for affiliates to promote an organization's products or services
- Conduct regular affiliate audits to ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in sales or marketing
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a bonus
