**Demand Planner**:
100% Home office
**Ensure efficient demand planning in the short, medium, and long term by optimizing inventory levels and guaranteeing product availability through the use of analysis, forecasting tools, and management within**SAP**.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the monthly, quarterly, and annual demand plan.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Use **SAP** for materials management, purchase order tracking, and inventory control.
- Participate in S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
- **




Proficient in SAP** (preferably modules MM and APO or IBP).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and turnover.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables; macros are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
